Does having irregular periods effect a female's ability to get pregnant?

Ovulation: When you release egg is more important than when you slough uterine wall lining. If you are always irregular, you should use ph, viscosity, temperature, timing (or lab test) methods to help determine when or if you are actually ovulating, and then use that as your guide. Check online or w/your gyn for more info.
