Most definitely: Polycystic ovarian syndrome is consistent with abnormal ovulation and elevated male hormones. One will conceive quite easily on a low glycemic index diet with the addition of an Insulin sensitizing agent such as glucophage (metformin). Clomid or letrozol for ovulation induction is very helpful. Be very encouraged that this can be treated. Good luck.
