A member asked:

Can you please tell me why i have been feeling flank pain?

Varies: Flank pain can be a sign of more serious conditions such as pylonephritis (kidney infection) or other conditions (polycystic kidney disease, etc.). It's best to see a physician to have some of these conditions evaluated for to make sure they aren't causing your flank pain. It could be musculoskeletal in nature but the previous need to be ruled out first.

See below: It could be any number of things. If it persists or worsens, see your family doctor for a proper examination.
