I need to get rid of large amounts of acne. help!?

Get seen now: If you have to ask, the ordinary advice of "start with topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated" isn't going to clear you. A physician's prescription-strength treatment is required. Antibiotics must not be used as sole treatment, or for too long. Acne is a serious disease and you must manage it until it self-cures, if for no other reason than being successful at a job interview.
