None: The only over-the-counter remedy for acne that works at all well is benzoyl peroxide. This is the 21st century and all acne is highly treatable; even in our dysfunctional health care system, it's your right to get the treatment that you need. Best to you.

Avoid conditioners: The #1 cause of acne are shampoo conditioners. They block the skin pores which give rise to acne. I suggest switching to baby shampoos that lack the additional conditioner. Eating healthy and consuming fresh fruits and vegetables may also decrease acne eruptions.
