None: The only over-the-counter remedy for acne that works at all well is benzoyl peroxide. This is the 21st century and all acne is highly treatable; even in our dysfunctional health care system, it's your right to get the treatment that you need. Best to you.

But good skin care will help, too. Do not "pick" at your face as this causes more injury. Use a healthy soap with few oils, such as neutrogena (but there are many out there!). Wash gently. As noted by Dr Friedlander, benzoyl peroxide is helpful. Sleeping well, avoiding stress and paying attention to what you eat is important for goos health and good skin
