Yes...: Drinking too much of any liquid is a risk of causing reflux. Caffeine, often present in tea is an additional risk factor for reflux. Drink decaffeinated tea slower and in smaller quantities and you might not have as much reflux. If reflux is a recurrent problem then go see your doctor.
