Something else?: H. Pylori infection of the stomach if not associated with an ulcer is usually a silent infection i.e. Asymptomatic. If you are having severe abdominal pain, and an ulcer has been ruled out with endoscopy, then its likely caused by something other than h. Pylori. I suggest you go back to your doctor for repeat evaluation.

No.: Do you have a test result that shows H. pylori? The pain is not caused by the bacteria; it is caused by a raw irritated area that is exposed to digestive fluids. I suggest that you see a holistic doctor, who will help you by treating the root cause of the problem.
