No: Lyrica (pregabalin) is an anticonvulsant, used to treat neuropathic pain and partial seizures. It's also been found to help anxiety and chronic pain disorders like those in fibromyalgia and spinal cord injuries. It's the first fda-approved medication for fibromyalgia, and is used off-label for some other conditions like migraines and anxiety.

No: Pregabalin is an anticonvulsant drug used for neuropathic pain and as an adjunct therapy for partial seizures with or without secondary generalization in adults. It has also been found effective for generalized anxiety disorder and is (as of 2007) approved for this use in the european union. It was designed as a more potent successor to gabapentin.
