You shouldn't: It would help to know why you are on Levaquin (levofloxacin) and predisone, but i will guess it is a pulmonary infection. Alcohol in amounts more than social drinking (1-2 drinks/day) impairs the cough reflex, increases chances of aspiration, damages our immune system and increases side effects of prednisone, especially stomach irritation/bleeding. If alcohol has become a problem for you, seek help.

See below: Both Levaquin (levofloxacin) and Prednisone can irritate the stomach, and alcohol can intensify this effect. While alcohol shouldn't decrease their effectiveness, the 3 together might make you nauseated or have stomach irritation. I'd recommend not indulging until you've finished both of your prescriptions.
