Unusual sensitivity: Some people are very sensitive to the effects of alcohol. Other people do not metabolize alcohol in the usual ways, and may have the accumulation of toxic metabolites like acetaldehyde, which may cause headache and stomach symptoms. If you feel this way, your body is giving you a message. I would listen to it.
