See below: The adult dose of Diflucan (fluconazole) for tinea versicolor is 150-300mg once weekly for 2-4 weeks. However recurrence of tv is not uncommon. Additionally, Diflucan (fluconazole) has the potential for serious side effects and interactions with other medications. It must be prescribed by a doc/np/pa & you need to be followed closely.
