Depends: There are many things that can cause tiredness- from anemia , to low thyroid function, chronic disease, high blood sugar), chronic disease, infection, drugs related, sleep apnea, to a depression. Treatment will depend on what is the problems. So, the first thing is to go to see your doctor and tell your doc about your tiredness - get some more evaluation /blood work and go from there.
