Mole removal: Cost will vary based on several factors--who removes it (primary md vs specialist), where it is removed (office, surgery center, vs hospital), and whether you have insurance or not. This may be covered by insurance so you should check with your provider to see if you have a deductible to pay and who are participating providers. It can be removed by pcp, derm, general or plastic surgeon.
