Not from urine?: Oily films in the toilet water... Probably not from urine. May be from something else, such as oils, soaps, lotions, cleaning solutions, etc... That someone dropped or sprayed into the toilet. Stool can have oil (fat) if a person did not digest all the fat she ate. If the oily film is truly from one's urine, a primary care doctor can evaluate.
