GABA: Gaba is an inhibitory neurotransmitter made in the brain, where it has anticonvulsant, sedative, and anti-anxiety effects. Although there's insufficient reliable info about either safety or effectiveness of GABA supplements, people still use them to relieve anxiety, elevate mood, relieve premenstrual syndrome, treat adhd, promote lean muscle growth, burn fat, and stabilize bp.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
