It's common: Some patients tend to have higher blood pressure in doctors office, 'white coat hypertension' probably due to anxiety and your heart rate may get slightly high too. These things are taken in to consideration by the doc. If you have persistent anxiety try relaxations, and consult your pcp, if needed you may be referred for further treatment.
