Pharyngitis: In order for your partner to acquire an std in this fashion, you must have a std. If you do not harbor/carry/have a std, then he should not be at risk.

Gonorrhea: You can have gonococcal pharyngitis, and if you do you can transmit that to your boyfriend by oral sex, but this would be very unlikely. Kissing him on the mouth probably presents a greater risk than oral sex if you have strep throat or a virus.
