May go away: Many of the low grade ones do get better on their own. It is important to not smoke, eat healthy foods, and exercise to help your body fight off the abnormality. Sex is still fine, condoms also won't make any difference. You should make sure to have it retested at the time your doctor wants you to and don't assume it will just get better. There are other treatments if it gets worse or not improves.
