Can you use albuterol when pregnant ?

In a word: yes!: Albuterol inhalers ideally focuses in the lungs although poor technique can increase the amount that gets in the blood stream. A spacer tube can also improve technique. The risk of poor asthma control and wheezing is much higher than the risk of albuterol. That being said, make sure you check with doctor to make sure you are on the right combination of meds to both prevent and treat attacks.

Yes: Albuterol is a "rescue" medication for your asthma. Breathing is important to you and your baby; use what ever medications needed to keep you breathing.
