Is it possible for the second dose of hepatitis b shot to be administered just two weeks after the first dose?

Nope: That is too short of an interval between doses. While doing that second dose won't hurt you, it won't count toward the doses needed for full protection. There has to be a minimum of 4 weeks between doses 1 & 2 for hepatits b vaccine.
