Surgical tightening : Vaginoplasty is the surgical tightening of the inner third of the vagina for sexual gratification. By tightening the vagina there will be more friction during intercourse , increasing sexual pleasure for both partners. Similar procedure with posterior colporrhaphy would address functional problems associated with week posterior vaginal wall pelvic supports.
