No: Sperm are produced constantly and whatever is in the ejaculate was produced in the past 80 days. Some men may have decreased counts per ejaculate with frequent sex, but the overall amount of sperm released is the same or greater. Studies have shown that pregnancy rates are highest with daily intercourse, and every other day is a close 2nd, the rate drops with more infrequent timing.
