Infection: At age 24 benign prostatic hypertrophy is not a consideration, so the most likely diagnosis in your age group would be either a urinary tract infection, or infection or imflammation of the prostate. Either could be caused by allowing yourself to get dehydrated concentrating the bacteria in your urine. Try drinking cranberry juice and loading up on non caffinated liquids. Otherwise go to your doc.
