1 yr before i got an accident and frontal bone surgery was done. now on my scalp uncontrollable dandruff is forming post surgery. advice to stop this?

Dandruff: Neutrogena shampoo. Showers with tepid or cool water. Minimize frequency of washing (water dries up skin). Try antihistamine (benadryl, zyrtec (cetirizine)...)sometimes we use steroid lotions. Just make sure is dandruff and nothing else (see doctor if condition does not improve).
