2nd opinion: Your symptoms are very nonspecific. There're many causes of fatigue and bloodshot eyes. These causes could include viral infection, bacterial infection, and allergies. If you do not feel like you are getting the information you need from your doctor you can always seek a second opinion.

See eye doctor: Make an appointment to see your eye doc and in the meantime use artificial tears four times a day.
