Taking a risk,,: If you're at stage 2-3 cervical cancer, it's usually treated with radiotherapy, so hysterectomy'd be unlikely. However, you're taking a risk if you want a baby since it'd be at least 9 months until you start therapy. I don't know your extent now, but if it spreads, survival goes down rapidly. This is a tough decision if done at all and i urge you to see your doctor for all options. Good luck!

Talk to Surgeon: There is a good chance that you can become pregnant after conservative surgery for cervical cancer. However, the cervix itself might become incompetent after the operation and have to be watched closely. Your surgeon will be able to discuss this more clearly with you.
