Many options: I'm curious re the "own reasons". Sometimes, if there are unwelcome side effects with an otherwise effective medication, it makes sense to address the side effects but continue the medication. There are many antidepressants. Even within the same class (e.g. Ssri's-tho venlafaxine is an snri) one drug will work & another won't. Educated guesses, & trial & error. She needs to discuss w her doc.
