Likely Flu: It is a very bad year and the season for flu. A low grade fever and body aches are hallmarks of the condition. The likelihood of it being something more serious is doubtful. It is very uncomfortable, and is viral so antibiotics will be of no help. Drink lots of fluid (very important) and tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil and otc comfort medications will be best advice.
