As high as 60 - 65%: Your chances depend on age, ovarian reserve or egg supply, and other factors - blocked tubes (hydrosalpinx) or polyps inside the uterus reduce your chances. Under 35, with ok ovarian reserve, your chances should be as high as 60 - 65% with two embryos transferred, somewhat lower if you have one embryo replaced. Your fertility clinic knows your history and can give you more detailed information.
