It happens sometimes: Often 'yes, ' but its not because the ivf made you more or less fertile. It depends on why you needed to do the ivf to begin with; many women do ivf who 'could' get pregnant on their own.

IVF Pregnancy: It depends on why you had ivf in the first place. If you have tubal disease, your partner has a low sperm count, or other specific factors, the chance is much less on your own. Still, if all the tests were normal before the ivf cycle and are normal now, you may get pregnant on your own.
