When you want help: You can come to see a doctor at any point when you want help with your problem -- anxiety or otherwise. Anxiety disorders can become very limiting to your life and enjoyment. First, you need an evaluation of what you're experiencing, and there are treatments that are safe & effective. Depending on your symptoms, you may need specialty care with a psychiatrist and/or psychotherapist.
