Bloating & flatulenc: There may be quite a few causes of bloating/flatulence. Food you are eating may be a culprit (high fat foods, caffeinated products etc). There may be some intestinal infections causing it - parasites, bacterial, viral, giardia. Pancreas and gallbladder problems may cause bloating/flatulence. Try simethicone and see if that helps. If not, see your doctor.

Got Milk?: Many possibilities. For example lactose intolerance is a notorious cause of bloating and flatulence. It can come on later in life at times. If you can't find anything else, it might be worth considering a diary-free trial. If you clear up when you stop all dairy and the symptoms return when you restart dairy then you have found the cause. If you want to drink milk use lactaid milk.
