Anxiety: This is usually a habit and often associated with anxiety. Keep a log for about 1 week and record when you are doing this. See if this occurs less when you are doing something you enjoy and are familiar with , thus lessening anxiety. Might want to see a therapist to find ways to cope with the stress and anxiety.
