X-ray: You need to have an x-ray and possible an MRI to diagnosis a wrist fracture. You could also have a torn ligament. See an orthopedic hand sirgeon.

See a MD: Get an x-ray. Did you have a fall or other trauma? Fx's don't usually occur without a significant injury.
