A male asked:

My bone in my foot sticks out is that bad?

Bunion?: I am not very sure what you exactly mean with bone sticking out but I figure that you are most likely referring to a bony structure that it is usually felt on the side of the foot and can be uncomfortable. This is cause by repetitive trauma(by walking, running) associated with poor shoe wear. If this is what it is it is not malignant but in any case have Podiatrist( foot doctor) check you for exam
