Avoid any fish or shellfish that are obtained from areas near industrial pollution. Avoid smoked seafood. Avoid mecury. Fish with very high potential mercury levels: shark, swordfish, marlin & king mackerel, big eye & ahi tuna & orange roughy. & tilefish.
