Most Likely Yes: All of the sinus medications warn against use in the setting of thyroid disease. However, if your thyroid disease is well controlled on your current levothyroxine dose and you have no other reasons not to take the sinus medications you should be fine. I would recommend taking the lowest effective dose of the sinus medication and if possible separating the physical time of taking the medications.
