Varicocele: You could be feeling a varicocele, which is an enlarged vein in the testicle. These are harmless, but can sometimes be uncomfortable. However, with any new testicular finding, i encourage all of my patients to get a proper exam to make sure it is nothing more serious. Best of luck!
