Hard to say: Mild bleeding/spotting can be normal during the earliest phases of pregnancy - but heavy bleeding suggest that the pregnancy is not stable. I suggest you have a chat with your doctor.

Yes: Bleeding after implantation does not always mean miscarriage is inevitable. Any bleeding should be evaluated by your physician.
