A few months.: 20% of women with unprotected sex get pregnant in a given month. At the end of 1 year that is about 85% chance. Ovarian size has little to do with getting pregnant.

Depends: Depends not only on your health, but also sexual and endocrine health of your partner. If you do not get pregnant within two years, consult with fertility center.
