Go to an urgentcare: Urgentcares often have flat rate pricing, or you could goto a free clinic. You need to have a urinalysis to confirm diagnosis and maybe culture. Then they can start you on empiric antibiotics (bactrim, cipro, (ciprofloxacin) etc) for 3-5 days. If you wait the infection can move from you bladder to your kidneys and you will end up in the hospital with a bigger bill.

See below: The over the counter medications can help symptoms but will not fix a true infection. Going to a take care clinic like walgreens should not be that expensive and would allow you to get an accurate diagnosis. Generic antibiotics are not that expensive and many are on walmarts $4 list.
