Only 25% chance: Statistics show that in the first month of trying the chance of conception is only 25%. That means that 75% of the time you will not conceive in the first month. If you have regular cycles try to have intercourse at least every other day around mid-cycle. Good luck. 80% of couples will be pregnant within 1 year.

Be patient : Every cycle even when all conditions are ideal chances of pregnancy are in the 18-20% range. Be patient!
