Treat asthma?: Good morning, asthma is a disorder in which the airway shrinks in response to an allergen or an agent. Our lungs put our respiratory muscles to action and help to inhale stronger and get more oxygen, through an active process to open the airway. When you exhale only passive recoil of the muscles takes place, which is much less efficient. You need better medications; yoga practice may help.
