You may not: You may need topical Estradiol creme (either prescription or bio-identically compounded) applied directly into the vagina to relieve dryness. That will not necessarily improve libido. For that, you may need testosterone. You should have estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone levels checked. Good luck!
