Yes: Testing for ovarian reserve is helpful in deciding on fertility treatment approach. Amh is one of the tests used for ovarian reserve evaluation. Ovarian reserve tests cannot predict who will get pregnant, rather response to treatment. Age will be the biggest determinant for getting pregnant. Based on age and amh level, in vitro fertilization treatment may be the best option for trying to conceive.

Low chance: This suggests that her ovaries have very few eggs remaining, but that does not mean no chance. She might be most successful with an in vitro approach ("test tube baby").
