Ulnar/Sciatic nerve: Depending on the way you sleep, you may be pressing your elbow or gluteal region against something hard (for instance, on the mattress / boxspring, or against your head or body). Pressure on these areas can cause an ulnar neuropathy or sciatica, respectively. I would suggest easy fixes first: try a different mattress, sleep in a different position, and discuss your symptoms with your doctor.
