Usually none: At 26 it would be highly unusual to have any symptoms, but if you do they would usually be related to damage to organs such as the heart or brain. A notable exception would be, if your cholesterol is very high, some yellowish bumps on the skin called "xanthomas". The lack of symptoms is why it's important to have periodic screening blood tests done.

None: Hypercholesterolemia is generally an asymptomatic situation. Most people are not aware they have it until a routine blood test is done. That is precisely why many persons fail to take their medication as directed- because they feel fine. At your age, if you have elevated cholesterol- dietary measures should be undertaken first, assuming you already had a blood test documenting this.
