I have a solitary kidney and i experience frequent stomach pain. is it possible i have uremic gastritis? my creatinine level is normal.

Uremia: It is very unlikely if your renal function is normal to have uremic symptoms. I would be concerned about other possible etiologies. Scar tissue from prior surgery, chronic gastritis, etc. Uremic complications occur with the uremic toxins build up and start causing issues due to renal failure. One functional kidney should keep that from happening.

NO: There is no diagnosis called uremic gastritis. Solitary kidney with no other abnormality is not a problem. Your stomach pain should be investigated independently.
