i have, which looks like a small bone chip on my wrist. no pain, but just noticed it. it sticks out enough you can see it and you can feel it.?

Many possibilities: Could be a cyst, such as a ganglion cyst, which are often asymptomatic. Could also be a skin cyst such as a sebaceous cyst, but without looking at it it's hard to tell!
