Not concerning: Having short light periods is not abnormal. If the periods subside completely, you would need an evaluation. Unless you are looking to become pregnant would also recommend birth control-condoms at a minimum.

Possible: You may not have resumed ovulation (release of eggs). This will cause a shift in hormones that can cause light, irregular or nonexistnet cycles. An exam or a simple urine test for ovulation should answer the question. 14 yrs can bring a lot of changes to your system, like wt gain or loss, diet changes all of which can effect your cycles. I wouldn't expect it to be the same.
